The Story Of Lovers Rock is the untold tale of how a genre of music came to define a generation in the 70’s and 80’s.

Lovers Rock was all about the romance, the dreamy eyed, butterflies in your tummy feeling expressed through music and dance. Artists such as Janet Kay, UB40 and Maxi Priest all contributed to the Lovers Rock movement and are featured heavily in the film.
